The MVMNT Lab is a Mat Pilates studio made different! Located in downtown Kissimmee, we offer an intimate class environment focused on intentional movement and mindful strength.

All classes must be booked in advance through our website or app. Payment is required at the time of booking through the online portal.

We require at least 6 hours’ notice to cancel a class. Late cancellations are subject to a $10 fee, and no-shows will be charged $20. No refunds are issued for missed or late-canceled classes.

Depending on the tier of membership, you get a certain amount of credits to use each month. Memberships auto-renew monthly and must be canceled 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Packages are paid in full, and sessions do not roll over unless noted.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early—doors lock 5 minutes after class begins. Wear Pilates-appropriate attire, bring water and a towel, and feel free to bring your own mat (mats are also available).

If you are injured or pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in class. At The MVMNT Lab, our instructors can offer modifications when appropriate; however, it is the client’s responsibility to determine whether they are able to participate safely in any class.
